Katrina proposed to me
Posted by itheabsolute on March 13, 2005
The latest Tata Indica V2 ad is one of the best I have seen in times. The protagonist gets hit by a boxer’s hand every time he lies. One of his claims
is that Katrina Kaif proposes to him and he rejects her offer…….
Image this – you are being hit every time you pretend or lie.
How many times during a day would you be hit by the boxer’s hand?
It is very difficult to be clean, truthful and upright. We have to literally fight against ourselves to be so. Perhaps, it is human nature to lie, to pretend and be unethical.
Welcome comments
More on human nature during next week.

agree with you. the inner self is known only to you. even people very close to you see only a masked you (need not necessarily be a bad one). there is some amount of pretence many of the times.
predator, not true lies, is one of my favorite movies.

Freud said when a human goes out he carries a bunch of masks. Every time he meets with some, he changes his mask, by the time he come home, he must have used all the masks. There is some thing called “True Lies” (I guess this is one of your favorites movie (Arnold Schwarzenegger). When a Parent tell to her/his kid not to go out, other wise some monster will take away. That is absolutely a “Lie” but in the end, it is all for the interest of the kid. Life and Lie goes hand in hand. U could check it out any time but, U could never leave.

life is good because there is diversity in thinking. and ISB also is going to be good because of diversity. as many people so many perceptions. what i wrote did not necessarily reflect my thinking. i wanted to generate a debate. good to note your thoughts on the topic.

Vijay, well I do not agree with you entirely. Well one can always be truthful and honest and yet be delightfully vague in a manner that people cannot gauge the correctness of statements made by a person. In my view along with honesty one needs tact and the “nack” of stating/revealing things
